Using Delhi Gamers
These terms describe use of the Delhi Gamers app and website. Your available features depend on your account permissions. A Basic account is intended for gem product shopping and order management; Candidate accounts may have additional features. Eligibility and restrictions for each feature must be confirmed before use.
Your account
Provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and use only an account you are authorised to access. Contact support if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Products and orders
Review the product description, price, quantity, delivery details, and applicable cancellation terms before confirming an order. An order acknowledgement should not be treated as evidence of dispatch unless dispatch is expressly confirmed.
Payments and account activity
Check amounts carefully before confirming a payment or other account action. Report an unrecognised or disputed transaction with its reference, date, and amount. Do not share passwords or payment credentials with support.
Service information
Displayed information can change as the service updates. If a request is interrupted or its result is uncertain, check the associated order or account history before repeating it.
Additional terms pending confirmation
The operator identity, applicable jurisdiction, feature eligibility, dispute process, cancellation rights, and other contractual terms are awaiting owner review. This draft is not a completed set of business terms.
